How soon will I get my shirts?
Generally, pretty quickly! We aim to turn around orders within 2-3 business days (often it is faster!).
How much will the freight cost?
A lot less than the cost of fuel to drive here and collect it!!
We have a $5 per order charge for standard postage. This is cheaper than the actual price of the envelope or satchel from Australia Post, so you are getting a really great deal! If you order a few t-shirts you get yourself a killer deal because it is still only $5 for postage – bargain!
How do you send my order?
We strap it to a low-flying duck and hope for the best.
No, seriously, we use Australia Post. Your order will be placed in the most economical Australia Post envelope or satchel that has a tracking number. You will receive a copy of the tracking details when your parcel is ready to be shipped.
Can I get my shirts faster?
Uh oh! You left it to the last minute to sort out something for little Johnny’s birthday. Whoops!
Yes, you sure can get your shirts sent Express Post! In the checkout you can select to have your parcel sent with Express Post. This will set you back an extra $5, but we’ll do our very best to prioritise your order and get it in the mail pronto, hopefully in time for little Johnny.
I’m local in Cairns. Can I collect my shirts?
Yep! You sure can!
In the checkout page you can select to collect your order from one of our market stalls. Typically, we are at Port Douglas Market most Sundays and at the Palm Cove Market when it is running (first Sunday of the month April to October). If these market days don’t suit you please get in contact and we can sort something out – anything to look after the locals!
What do I do if I haven’t received my shirts?
Panic! Run wildly screaming and throwing your arms in the air. Commit road rage. Curl up in the foetal position and weep.
Or check your Australia Post tracking details. Chances are that your parcel is waiting for you at the local post office and for whatever reason you never received the notification card that the Postie hid behind the next door neighbour’s flower pots.
If you still can’t find it, please let us know. We are yet to lose a parcel and don’t want to ruin our track record.
